1. Promoter Sweepstakes will take place on the Instagram profile of @my_mindsupply (https:// www.instagram.com/my_mindsupply/). The organiser of the competition is Momeda GmbH, Hüttendyk 10, 47877 Willich.
2. Eligibility To participate in the competition, the participant must be at least 18 years old and have their residence in Germany. Employees of Momeda GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation. If a participant violates the guidelines of Instagram, Momeda GmbH reserves the right to exclude this participant from the competition; the same applies if a participant manipulates or attempts to manipulate the course of the game. In addition, Momeda GmbH reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the competition if this is necessary due to circumstances that occur after the start of the competition and are beyond the control of Momeda GmbH (e.g. mandatory requirements of Instagram or unforeseeable technical problems).
3. How can one participate? Participation in the competition takes place through the conditions communicated in the competition post. Valid entries are completed forms received by the closing date. To participate in the competition, it is essential that all personal details are true. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. Actions in the aforementioned form received after the deadline will not be considered for the competition evaluation. Participation is free of charge. However, costs may be incurred by the provider for online access. If the participant does not already have an Instagram account, registration with Instagram is required. The terms of use and data protection provisions of Instagram must be accepted. The creation of texts/comments that are insulting, glorify violence, are pornographic or that violate applicable law are not permitted and will result in exclusion from the competition. Momeda GmbH reserves the right to delete comments at any time.
4. Draw of the winner There is no legal claim to the prize. Among all participants on Instagram who have fulfilled the conditions for participation by the deadline, the winner will be notified by direct message via the Instagram account @my_mindsupply after the end of the promotion. The winner will be selected at random. Legal recourse is excluded for the implementation of the competition, the decision on the prize and also the claiming of the prize. A cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded. If the winner does not contact us by e-mail to social@mind-supply.com within four weeks with his or her complete postal address after sending the notification, the claim to the prize will lapse and a new winner will be determined at random. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned.
5. Data protection Momeda GmbH collects the following data from participants in the competition: Instagram username, first and last name, address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The collection of the data is solely for the purpose of carrying out the competition. All personal data will only be stored for the purpose and duration of the competition and will be deleted at the end of the competition, unless there is a legal obligation to retain such data. The winner's data will only be passed on to the companies commissioned with the delivery of the prizes. With regard to the use of their data, participants have the right to information, correction or deletion, as well as the right of revocation. In the event of revocation, the participation of the person concerned in the competition shall end. Furthermore, the data protection provisions of Instagram apply.
6. Disclaimer Participants agree that their Instagram usernames may be publicly disclosed by the Promoter in online media (e.g. on the Instagram page or website) in connection with the competition, the draw, settlement or presentation.
@my_mindsupply. Entrants agree that if they win, their Instagram username may be used publicly. The winner will be asked to email social@mind-supply.com with their name and address for the purpose of sending the prize. If a participant does not respond by email within four weeks, the prize will be forfeited. The prize will be sent free of charge to the postal address (no packing station) to be provided by the participant.
7. Note Instagram has no legal or commercial connection with the organisation of this competition. All enquiries regarding the competition should be directed to Momeda GmbH, Hüttendyk 10, 47877 Willich, social@mind-supply.com as the organiser of the competition.
