Our product names directly reflect the needs you might have. If you want to boost your mood throughout the day, try Mindsupply Mood. If you need to be more productive, take Mindsupply Focus. Have trouble sleeping? Choose Mindsupply Sleep. For a holistic effect, combine all the products.
Can I combine the Mindsupply products?
Our products are designed to be mutually compatible. It means that they can be taken together at the same time without negatively affecting nutrient absorption.
Where are the Mindsupply products produced?
To guarantee short delivery routes and high quality, all Mindsupply products are manufactured in Germany. From the concept to the ready-to-go supplement, we produce and test our products exclusively in Germany.
What kind of tests do you do?
Every batch of our vitamins is tested for identity, purity, strength and composition, so we can be sure that what’s on the label and the contents of every capsule are the same thing. We also have each batch tested twice by a third-party laboratory for heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and other contaminants to ensure that they are below the levels considered safe under current FDA Good Manufacturing Practices.
When can I expect an effect?

Yes, Mindsupply products are suitable for both vegetarian and vegan diets. Like you, we are convinced that a plant-based diet is the future of food consumption. We pay attention to every little part of our products: our capsule shells, for example, are made from plant cellulose.
Wie soll ich die mindsupply-Produkte lagern?
Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Cabinets, pantries, and counters are great! Leave it in a place that reminds you to take your vitamins each day to stay on track.

What countries do you deliver to?
Mindsupply currently ships only within Germany. We are working hard to cover more countries for fast delivery to your door.

We’re sending your order out within 24 hours after purchase. The shipping time usually takes 2 to 3 working days total.
How do I track my package?
Please check the tracking link you should have received via email. If it doesn’t work, please contact us directly at hello@mind-supply.com.
How much does shipping cost?
It is free.
Can you deliver my package to a nearby packing station?
Of course. To enter your data for delivery to a packing station or post office, uncheck the "Send to the same address" box under the address field in the check out. Now you can check the box "Send order to a packing station" and enter your details.
One of my items arrived damaged. What do I do?
Yikes! So sorry that happened. For defective or damaged items, please reach out to hello@mind-supply.com and we’ll ship you a replacement immediately.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you realise that Mindsupply products don’t suit you, you can claim our 60 day money-back guarantee and send the opened product back to us. No risk.
Please note that
- we will not be able to refund or return any items after the 60 day return period
- the product must not be empty
- when returning multiple packages of the same product, only one package may be opened to receive a refund for all products
- shipping costs back are not refundable
- the refund will be processed via the payment method you used when placing your order
- the money-back guarantee may only be applied once per customer/per product
